THAD LThis man was very kind, i dropped the uhaul off a day early. Showed photos I took prior to leaving augusta location, let him know about the door situation. He was lovely. He says there should've been a walk through, they didn't in Augusta but he did.

Dionna RWe changed location as we were having lighting issues with trailer for 80% of our trip . This trailer needs to be taken out of circulation compare to the trailer we rented in November of 2023. Neither pick up or drop off was the issue , it was the equipment issue .
