I had reserved a trailer at the east Pearl, MS location a few weeks prior to the pickup date. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, east Pearl told me they had no trailers on site & I had to go to the Frontage Rd site to get a trailer. How is this possible? Why wasn’t I notified BEFORE I arrived to the east Pearl location? Very disappointing & frustrating. However, the guys at the Frontage Rd site made the experience seemless.
