The truck smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, there was a rattle in the wheels that sounded and felt like bad struts and the air conditioner fan motor seemed to be going out. It would shut off and on throughout the drive, when it would come on, it was cold, but it would shut off for long periods. In Mississippi, in July, the air not working is a big problem. The truck was turned over to us with such a low amount of gasoline, it sputtered into the closest gas station barely able to get to the pump. Putting a renter into a truck in that area of town with not enough gas to get to the closest station is bordering on criminal. I will never rent from that location again.

DON SGetting the truck was a disappointment he stated is empty but if u bring it back empty it's ok. But when I dropped it off he had marked the gas ham to be above a quarter of a tank. Very disappointed. I do like paying over 700 dollars and only to find out you was lied to. Drop off location was business not friendly but ok.
Herbert WGreat customer service got the equipment clean and in working order with no problems. I will be back.
