Martha AHave gas in truck when it is picked up by customer. The first thing I had to do in the rain is purchase gas it was literally empty when I picked it up. I understand some customers may not have the funds to fill truck up when dropping off I get that. I feel that you all should add gas so that customers will not have to pick up truck and barely make it to the gas station. I was told miles were unlimited when you go one way and drop truck off. Why was my card charged for miles. I would like a refund back into my account.
