DEBORAH KThey set me up with a car carrier / trailer, but my vehicle did not fit. Wrong model was entered into your system. So I ended up paying 3X to use a towing company. Rented late in the afternoon and office was very accommodating. And supported my need. When returning the trailer the next day, the office was very helpful. I had to submit a claim for a refund because of the overnight timing. Today that request for a refund was approved. Overall, I am satisfied with U-Haul service. This instance just did not work out for me.
