RONNIE GI was well pleased with the cleanliness of the uhaul with one exception the service desk needs a secretary . The reason being several people waiting in line to get uhauls or return the equipment with the phone constantly ringing.

Ashley WI originally reserved my U-Haul at a different location and ultimately had to pick it up at a location much farther out than my destination. The rental was ready for me to pick up when I got there. The attendant was nice. I got to the truck and noticed that it was filthy. The floors and cup holders were disgusting. Also the check engine light was on. I assume it was the transmission because the truck kept slipping and didn’t have much power.
