The store manger struggled with English and had to call someone to help explain the process Also app was struggling to input the drivers license which was confusing cause I thought I reserved it and put all that information in the app already so I have to do that again was frustrating and it took over half an hour to get the keys from the store and get on the road, but the truck ran great and it worked moving perfectly and the truck was clean and well maintained an AC worked great thankfully because it was hot

No one knew what to do. Had to wait for a man to come help. Not the pick up location I requested.
Kendall MWas charged for an extra day even though I turned the vehicle in on the correct day. Called Ron’s food mart and initially they told me they didn’t remember charging that but they said they would look into it. They called me back and apologized once they realized they wrongly charged me but I had to call U-haul to get my money back. I’m glad I caught it.. just make sure you check your receipt after drop off and check your odometer.
PARIS WThe location is dangerous. There were multiple individuals screaming at each other and an obvious drug deal. I did not feel safe.
