Devon was amazing!!! Very helpful and check us in and got us our keys quickly. Truck was very clean and ran perfectly! Devon was there for the check out and that was a quick easy process too.

LEE SYard manager was very helpfull
MICHAEL SThere was no property manager to be found. It took a hour just to pick up a truck. The Uhaul system was down. Had to cancel original reservation and do another one on site. Virtual assistant was no help. Order did not contain the 4 letter code to open key box. Had to call Uhaul. Locks are old and rusted so took awhile to open. Storage location kept saying there was noting they could do because they were not Uhaul. There should always be a live person available to assist. It should not take an hour to pick up a truck.
