Its pretty sophisticated when trying to rent using kiosk self check and the customer service popping on the screen if needed. It was pretty easy but the only thing was when they need you Credit card info where you either had to flash it on the camera and them repeating some information. There were other people in the room when trying to confirm the info. So maybe a better way to prevent this from happening
