I didn't get a refund from my deposit and they took another payment asked about it they never gave me a answer on why I'm still waiting for someone to explain why so no I would not this happened on 7/30/2025

I placed my order online to pickup in the morning on Tuesday 9/9. Upon arrival I was helped quickly and explained the process for deposit and pickup. Once outside David who goes by Duval, helped loaded the rented equipment (large dolly). He made sure the truck was nice and clean..I will use this Uhaul.location again, even though there are.3 in the area. The staff and store owner/manager's were very helpful..especially the young man outside. It was off and on sprinkling, so it was helpful to have staff outside helping customers. Thanks for the truck. It did exactly what I needed it to do (U) haul furniture from one part of town to another.

WC TRental had roach infestation. We had to pull over and literally spray and wipe them out of the truck.
