TENIECIA DMy total was suppose to be $150.46 & I was charged $498.03 & no one can give an explanation for the charges. I put the gas needle back to where it was when rented & was still charged a gas service charge
CAROLYN BYes I had to drive across town twice to rent a truck, wasted my gas and my time only to be given a $50 credit toward U-Haul on my next rental which will be Saturday that I was double charged for so actually I never really got a 50-dollar credit. And on top of that I'm still waiting on my deposit that was taking off my card instantly but now I have to wait days for to be returned to me. After Saturday I will not use U-Haul again
Pricilla MWill not recommend to no one got a U-Haul. It was no gas in it also put gas in the U-Haul and it leaked out. I believe it was a puncture in the gas tank. This was the worst experience ever would never recommend U-Haul to no one.
