When we arrived, the gentleman running the business was leaving. We caught him just in time. At first I thought, why is he leaving when we had a reservation? His computer was down and he did not know we had a reservation. He was unsure if he could even rent us a trailer. He called U Haul and got it all worked out. We were so relieved. My son was heading back to base after a military leave and we had driven from Campbellsville to Jamestown because that was the only place near us that had the trailer available that he needed. He was very helpful and polite!
