I didn't like that no one told me there was a specific time of return. I work and didn't get off work until after the time of return.
Sandra SMy selected drop off was at 311 jefferson. My email confirmation said this as well. When i arrived at this location, the desk clerk was rude beyond anything i have seen. Even though she read my email and confirmed what it said, she told me if i tried to leave the trailer at this location she would charge me $500. She became so agitated at her young child that was strapped in a car seat in her chair, that she slung him across the office because he would not "shut the fuck up and stop crying" I let and went to the 1414 location and was helped properly and left.
