The property pavement is filled with potholes and in need of repair. There was no problem with the trailer. It was raining when I returned the trailer and pulled up under the roof covering the gas pumps. I had to go in and let the attendant know that I needed to return the trailer. Service is not always good as only one person is onsite and have had to unhook the trailer myself. The attendant indicated they would help. Returning to my vehicle and not wanting to get wet, I stepped over the tongue of the trailer only to trip and fall, damaging both knees, my right elbow, and spraining my right forearm, bicep, and shoulder. I layed on the wet pavement stunned, hurting, trying to assess the damage I had called out, hoping the attendant would help. When I realized they were not coming, I got up and went back in. I was bleeding from my elbow and knees and asked for help. They got some bandaids, so I wouldn’t bleed all over the vehicle after they unhooked the trailer myself. This U-Haul site is not the safest and the attendant was not very observant. I rent trailers from that location 3 or 4 times a year. There are other U-Haul locations and I will not be using that location again. I was unable to find the contact form on U-Haul’s website, so I am submitting a review.

Angie HUHAUL did not provide a wiring adapter for a Chevrolet Round 7 pin to the 4 pin flat wiring that was on the trailer.
