Rafael LTruck was clean, pickup was straightforward. The truck just needs to be in better driving condition before It should be allowed to be rented. Brakes are very squeaky/grinding and have to press very hard. Steering wheel was out of alignment

MELODY BThe location is great and the staff was nice but the truck needs to be retired. It has almost 200,000 miles on it, it is so loud in the cabin that you can't hear the passenger, and the driver's door no longer closes and seals properly. In fact, rain was able to penetrate and wet the seat.
