STEVEN Kthe woman who did my check in, was extremely rude and disrespectful. she talked to me with a nasty tone, and said “are you going to get the u-haul or not ?!” after i explained to her that the website said, i could return the u-haul anywhere, and she said that i was wrong. extremely unprofessional, and i would NEVER go back to this establishment.
