The vehicle door latch and pull down bracket was broken. The door would not stay up. When trying to close it would get stuck. Sometimes it would randomly roll down expeditiously. Didn’t even get access to vehicle due to uhaul wrong records on how pickup worked at location. Was told refund and 50 reservation guarantee was requested but no confirmation of this. Very dissatisfied with the poor customer support received upon issue and lack of accountability for outdated or just incorrect records.
