The van was in great shape. The pick up experience took me entirely too long. The app was not working correctly and kept asking me to do things over. The van was parked in an extremely tight spot. I felt like i could have damaged it just by moving out of the parking spot. The pick up took about 45 minutes and that is way to long. So much time wasted.
