Great costumer service and very helpful. My pick up was scheduled for 5:30am for a self checkout but when I got there the truck couldn't start, so I called the location manager who came and was very helpful. He finally switched the truck for a different one since the one I wanted didn't start. I recommend this location.

Terra JThey did not have the truck and did not warn us. I showed up and only then they figured out they didn't have it. I waited 1.5 hours just to tell them now they don't have my blankets. What have you been doing for the 1.5 hours while I was waiting? Should have made sure everything else was ready.
Jay HI got moved to this location due to the previous location not having the truck I reserved, they upgraded me to a 20 inch truck and said it would be at no additional cost. I ended up having to pay the additional cost and a tossed on $25 cleaning fee that they don’t tell you about until your checking out. The guy there was nice and friendly but the experience was horrible and would not recommend again.
Stephen BThe representative (man) that assisted me, gets a complete 5 stars for his service. He was very communicative, accommodating and patient throughout the entire rental process. (Although the location is less than ideal, as it’s tucked away in a rundown area and exits to a one-way traffic, I’d most likely patronize this location again as the service itself was very good).
