I got moved to this location due to the previous location not having the truck I reserved, they upgraded me to a 20 inch truck and said it would be at no additional cost. I ended up having to pay the additional cost and a tossed on $25 cleaning fee that they don’t tell you about until your checking out. The guy there was nice and friendly but the experience was horrible and would not recommend again.

The representative (man) that assisted me, gets a complete 5 stars for his service. He was very communicative, accommodating and patient throughout the entire rental process. (Although the location is less than ideal, as it’s tucked away in a rundown area and exits to a one-way traffic, I’d most likely patronize this location again as the service itself was very good).

Willie MRemove items off the reserve estimates if you're not going to provide them, add notes if you're giving less pads that what was paid for and discount accordingly, and this spot extremely sux for driving in and out of.
Bryan MIt was somewhat difficult to locate and when we arrived the truck we ordered was not there. We ended up renting a truck the next size up and spending more money which was disappointing. Overall, this location feels disorganized and disappointing.
