They did not have the truck and did not warn us. I showed up and only then they figured out they didn't have it. I waited 1.5 hours just to tell them now they don't have my blankets. What have you been doing for the 1.5 hours while I was waiting? Should have made sure everything else was ready.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI got moved to this location due to the previous location not having the truck I reserved, they upgraded me to a 20 inch truck and said it would be at no additional cost. I ended up having to pay the additional cost and a tossed on $25 cleaning fee that they don’t tell you about until your checking out. The guy there was nice and friendly but the experience was horrible and would not recommend again.

(Although the location is less than ideal, as it’s tucked away in a rundown area and exits to a one-way traffic, I’d most likely patronize this location again as the service itself was very good).
