The representative (man) that assisted me, gets a complete 5 stars for his service. He was very communicative, accommodating and patient throughout the entire rental process. (Although the location is less than ideal, as it’s tucked away in a rundown area and exits to a one-way traffic, I’d most likely patronize this location again as the service itself was very good).

Willie MRemove items off the reserve estimates if you're not going to provide them, add notes if you're giving less pads that what was paid for and discount accordingly, and this spot extremely sux for driving in and out of.
Bryan MIt was somewhat difficult to locate and when we arrived the truck we ordered was not there. We ended up renting a truck the next size up and spending more money which was disappointing. Overall, this location feels disorganized and disappointing.
KRISTIN DThe truck clearly had a steering issue, as it kept drifting and required constant correction on highway. Overall it was a terrible driving experience, and I felt unsafe and had to drive at a lower speed. I did not ask for road side assistance or switch trucks because it will take us two hours to load and unload and we have to reach our destination by Sunday night, and the truck was still drivable. But it added a lot of stress on me and it is clear that U-haul failed to identify the steering problem before delivering the truck. Given the length of the trip and the unsafe and stressful driving conditions, I am requesting a partial refund or appropriate compensation.
