sabrina mIt is very aggravating when you make a reservation online and when you get to the location the truck is actually not available so I had to be sent to another location who said they no longer did U-Haul rentals so then I had to go to another location that part was a complete waste of my time this has happened several times over the last 6 months of booking and also different locations are priced completely different for the exact same truck
