Everything was fine, but I think U-Haul should fix there "overall" rating system. "Average" rating being 3 stars seems pretty insulting to the business. I saw nothing wrong with the location. If anything, U-Haul's process is not very intuitive and app is super glitchy. I've had to switch between the app and website version multiple times.
