The location and driving was Excellent. But the Rate for Charges was Poor! It Cost me more than the Value of my Renting the Truck. Yesss, that part for Mileage Sucks! I'm just being Honest. You may need to change that rule like before please! Thank you for your Service, I Love U-Haul, but that part I don't Love at all!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGave me someone else’s order paperwork instead of my own. Gave me a vehicle with a quarter tank of gas. Wrongly charged me for gas after returning it with a quarter tank of gas.
Luke VWhen we picked the vehicle up, it only had a quarter of a tank of gas, the check engine light was on, and the tire pressure monitoring system light was on. The truck started for us only once. All other times needed a jump from another vehicle.
