Extremely pleased with our trailer pick up at this location. Tara was patient and very helpful sorting out mix up during the online reservation. Definitely renting from them again, this time moving truck. Trailer was ready to go, and in no time we were on our way. Highly recommend!
PETER RVery difficult to find because there are no signs indicating where to turn off of the main highway. I received no less than 4 phone calls trying to get me to bring an extra trailer along my one-way trip to CHS, in spite of me telling them I wasn't interested. They kept sending new offers everyday. They were only offering $50 in return for service, which was underwhelming and the never checked with the pickup facility to see if they even had trailers to send...which they did not. Service was generally okay, but this was my most dissappointing experience with UHaul.
