The truck was overheating and had well over 100k miles on it it barely made it back and felt uncomfortable driving it . In addition I was told on the day of the rental there were no furniture dollys available despite my reservation but I could purchase one.
KEVIN WEmployees acted as if they would rather be anywhere else but there. Struggled to find my reservation. Acted as if they were doing me a favor. Repeated the questions as if they didn’t hear nor. Pay attention. To top it off they didn’t hook up trailer properly. It jumped off the ball when we were loading the car and damaged my trucks tailgate.all of this reflects poor personal People and business skills.

Phillip MIt was a designated self drop off and no help was available. The phone number to call, no one answered. I had to drive to another location 8 miles away to return and have help to lift trailer off ball hitch. It would be better to have a crank hitch raiser to crank off hitch instead of manual lift.
