The woman there was VERY helpful but if she had not been there, the remote pick up would have been difficult

Perhaps not have a dumbass alarm that goes off sounding like a car alarm when the truck is dropped off and you are trying to check out ... one should realize its not scary....ITS ASSININE AND ANNOYING
CHARLES CTruck was left with less than 50 miles worth of gas in a remote area. Truck was covered in ice with no way to clean it. I found a toy shovel behind a shed. Almost no internet device in the area to get the lockbox information
john nIt was the weekend so I didn't see anyone as the location was closed. I just pulled in and dropped the truck off.
