There is no formal lot area to drop vehicle. Rental to be left on street. Dim lit. Not sure how this represents U Haul brand well other than provides a location to pick up and drop off cars near airport.

Nikola Z.The location was convenient for me as it was relatively close to my house. However, returning the van was problematic. There is no parking near the office. No one to facilitate the return. No one spoke English at the time of my return. Very frustrating after a long day. It would have been nice for a staff member to receive the van.
Gemma P.The only comment I have is that the company gives a breakdown of the rental to there customer .. I never was told how much it was going to cost me and I never got an email showing me the breakdown of how they came to the charges on my bill
