Next time I reserve at specific Uhaul location make sure the trailer is there. I had to drive to pick up to Cajun Hardware Inc which set me back 1 hour to pick up. Cajun Hardware to good care of me and they are only a dealer the actual U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lafayette Store was the issue.

Everything was great all I can say is rent from uhaul they are great
