this place was great... i found this location after the uhaul place on barker cypress was empty and locked and i couldnt pickup my reservation. thankfully i found this place. she was nice, willing to help and she had a small rental for me. i would go back to her location if i need uhaul again

They charge 25 dollars for clean the truck that was dirty outside !!! It was raining all day so they blame me for it !!!!
JUAN GThe staff was very unpleasant and unfriendly. On top of that, they gave me the worst vehicle; it was damaged on the passenger door, and the door made a terrible noise every time I had to open it. Furthermore, I went a day in advance to reserve the vehicle, and they charged me for the reservation but didn't deduct it from the final cost. Because of this, it was the most expensive rental I've ever had. They also made me pay for their insurance instead of letting me use my own, which I've always used before. I truly do not recommend this location at all.
