Ian SThis U-Haul transaction was very smooth. Since it was a trailer I was allowed to arrange for it and my friend with the vehicle that had a hitch was able to pick it up without me being there. We did our job and he returned the trailer without an issue. The lady I spoke with on the phone at that location was very helpful even though she was not the official U-Haul rep. for the location. Thank you U-Haul!
