Open earlier like all uhauls. 9am opening not normal & had to call to open up arrived late.

Person that checked me in wasn’t at the location and took quite awhile to arrive to help us. Then took quite a while to help us unhook. I asked if they had a rest room that my wife could use and he said no but we could go across a busy highway to a business on the other side I told him that it was too busy and my wife suffers from dementia and maybe he could speed up the check in and unhook process so we could get to a restroom somewhere down the road. He said that I was rude (which I wasn’t) and actually refused to converse with me any further. If anyone was rude it was him. He is not a very good representative for U-Haul and was exactly the opposite of the people at the pickup location.

JAMES KI gave good ratings, but I requested a 20” truck and was only advised at pick up only a 15” was available. That caused a hardship with having to find another source to handle the loss of space. You should provide better communication ahead of time, as this was described as an overbooking situation.
