I had to make an after hours pick up and drop off. The location was dark and felt unsafe. I was not able to take photos of the vehicle at pickup due to poor lighting. My Suggestions: -Add more light to the location -Add a fence to the perimeter and possibly a gate that we need our access codes to open, this way only renters would be able to get onto the premises. -Digitize the lock box so that we don't need to come out and fumble with a lock. Overall, customer service was excellent. Troubleshooting went smoothly over the phone. I even appreciated the check in from the gentleman who noticed I was parked for quite some time trying to address an issue with the App.
