First of all, this was not the location we made our reservations at to pick up our vehicle. This is the SECOND time U-Haul has changed our pickup location. While this is no reflection on the location, it is disruptive to an already hectic situation. About the location itself: Everyone was friendly and worked diligently to fulfill our order. However, this location had experienced a high demand the prior day and they did not have the number of protective furniture pads that we ordered. Knowing we had reserved them in advance I think they should have held them out for our order. The biggest issue with this location is a lack of parking. The lot was full of cars for the automotive business and this is a busy street with NO street parking. Obviously if someone is coming to use the U-Haul portion of the business, there needs to be a place for their ride to park while the U-Haul is being picked up or dropped off. Air conditioning could have been better.

It was a drop off on Sunday and they were closed there was literally nowhere to park the truck and no signage showing where to leave it. So I did the best I could parking in the street by the drop box.
Colin BDrop-off(trailer) was weird...it was a "junk-yard" looking place w/ NO parking lot, just tons & tons of vehicles!!! There was only 1 other piece of Uhaul equipment which was parked across the street @ a totally different address. There was no where to even leave our trailer. We literally were forced to drop it just off the street on a curb-break. It was a very sketchy neighborhood and I was afraid the trailer would be stolen. I took multiple pictures to PROVE we dropped. Additionally, we saw NO key-drop & left contract on the trailer.
STACY SI received the truck on empty and had 6 miles on it. The app was not showing my reservation and was not working correctly even after it was downloaded again. Between email transaction and the after hours hot line I had better success
REECE LParking for U-Haul equipment was kinda tight.
