The app and everything is complete trash. It didn't let me fill out the information before showing up. It took forever for the app to load. Then when it was finally filled out and I was given the code to the lock to get the key the lock wouldn't open. It took over an hour from start to finish

CYNTHIA AThis is more U-Haul than this location. But please, for all customers and even employees, put jacks on the cargo trailers please. This helps employees or customers not have to lift the units. Other than that everything was great!
