I was charged almost 40.00 more than I should have been and the individual there insisted he only charged me for milage and could not explain the rest of the two charges showing up on my bank account and his system. Frankly, this is bullshit!!

ken rThe guy that helped me get my trailer was amazing. They have very crowded parking area for trailers, which looks a bit unorganized but he went out and found my trailer, hooked the trailer on and fixed it all for me to just drive out! That was really helpful especially for ladies who are middle aged picking up or dropping off trailers! I have rented several trailers from u-haul, and this was the first time I had someone go that extra mile and do that! I really appreciated it. I can hook up and unhook trailers, but it is really nice and respectful when they do that! Give that guy an A++
