The U-Haul had no gas and It cut off when I pulled into the gas station. It’s smelled like weed and cigars and had the inside of cigars guts all over the inside. It also had something sticky spilt inside. When I attempted to report the mess the app tried to charge me. 😂🤣 It was convenient to rent since I just needed to be dropped off and use the pass code to grab the keys. Will spend the extra time at a rental place next time so I don’t almost break down after leaving the place and so my stuff doesn’t smell afterwards.

The cup holder was broken and there were moving pads (lots) and a dolly in the back
SUSAN MThere was no one there even though it was during open hours. The clock said they would be back at noon, but no one was there. The app only allowed one interior photo, then said everything was completed. I took lots of photos and video of the return to showcase the vehicle was clean and free of any damage, plus of putting the keys in the drop box.
