Can't say arrived after hours and dropped off the unit as directed on contract.

TODD BArrived to drop the trailer off. Place was closed at 3:30pm even tho Google and the business sign both said they were open till 5:00pm. I called the number on their closed sign twice with no answer. I unhooked the trailer in a line with a couple other trailers. As I was taking pictures of the trailer through the UHaul app. I lady pulled in and informed me they were closed. And that I put the trailer in the wrong spot. I informed her that I called the numer on the closed sign twice. That's when a younger woman with her rudely replied YEAH BECAUSE WERE CLOSED! I finished taking the pictures for the app and left.
Randy KThe location was closed on a weekday, numerous people were trying to drop off their rentals or pick one up. I had to install the uhaul app on my phone to return my rental, app crashed part way through the process. Not sure if my rental return is considered complete. Called the local number and left a voice mail with my name and the equipment number. Not a smooth process.
