The truck only had 3/16 of gas in the tank when I picked it up. First stop I made was to get gas. I know you charge when the truck is brought back with less gas than when picked up. Where does that money go? It should go to the pickup location and have gas tank filled.
Edwin JVery helpful in guiding my car as I drove it onto the trailer. Securely fastened the car to the trailer by both the chains and ratchet straps.
STEVEN AClosed trailer with several hours of furniture inside leaked through the roof, water on top of wooden china cabinet and bookshelf, covers all wet on top of leather sofas, items on the floor near the door on floor including water on paperwork inside a foot + high trash can! No service at drop off, said to unhook trailer with a dolly myself. Person, not seen, said wasn't there to assist at 12:45-1:00 p.m. on a Tuesday!
JAMES ACommunication throughout the process and rental period was outstanding. Equipment was in perfect condition. Service on both pickup and drop off was polite fast and attentive. Very impressed overall since there were so many hands involved on this Florida to Pennsylvania trip.
