The truck had 1/4 tank of gas the computer showed 5/8. Showed the employee that it was incorrect. Said he would change it in the computer. Never did . The truck was dirty inside and out . The truck’s front end would shake uncontrollably when braking. Made a reservation for a 20ft truck . The next day they called me and said only a 10ft was available. I arrive to pick up the truck then I’m told at that location they had two 15 ft trucks earlier for a one way trip. I dropped off the truck at the drop off location . I get a callback from U - Haul . I need to return the truck. The line was so long in this location and every location. Finally they took my keys and didn’t enter it in to the computer. So it looked like I never returned the truck. U-Haul is very difficult and disorganized. Nothing is easy. Customer service at all the different locations is poor at best . It’s not the first time.
