this comment is not limited to one location but more so to your equipment overall. having the DOT numbers visible with the Date of manufacture on the outside of the tire, so UHUAL associates can inspect the date of manufacture simply. an also replace tires when they are older than 5 years

Tricia CThe U-Haul app during both pickup and drop off did not work properly and each time I had to call Customer Service to assist. I wasted an hour during pickup and an hour at drop off because the UHaul app did not work properly.
