The trailer I rented one of the ramps was held on by a zip tie didn’t notice till it was time to pick the car up and since the trailer was missing the retains clip the car fell when the ramp slipped out while driving up on the ramp and that caused another hour or lost time

PAULA MAfter hours delivery: the place was super dark and poorly lit, there was several of random old vehicles scattered in the parking lot it looked like a junkyard or a chop shop in a third world country
