This was just a drop off. There was no attendant, but the man did take my call and told me where to leave the trailer.

JOSHUA M.The employee was very rude U-Haul is not a company that I will ever rent from again as the staff in California where I originally got the equipment does not know about safety protocol and then when I return the equipment I was told there was damages and I did not do it I was basically called a liar it was my own doing I should have took pictures if you ever do rent from U-Haul make sure you get pictures of all equipment front back top to bottom because they will charge you for damages that were not you're doing so to be honest with you I will never from U-Haul again
