Drop off location was cluttered. Didn’t know where to drop truck off. Luckily I had the 10 footer which was a bit easier to maneuver around. Called the employee and he said to drop off on side of the building. Went inside to drop off keys and the employee said he will take care of all the post checks and send me the receipt. I really appreciated the quick drop off
Isiah KThe person who handled our return was a very rude, very racist individual. He refused to give me a receipt right away. I said I'm not leaving until I get confirmation of my return, of the mileage and fuel level. I tried to explain it's just how things are done - you give the customer something in writing that everything is as it should be and in writing. He got very defensive, called me a stupid white person who thinks all Mexicans are dumb. I eventually made him go out and check the truck and send me a confirmation receipt before I left. I felt very uncomfortable around this person, even fearing for my personal safety. U-Haul should not contract with this very unprofessional business. The entire facility is a mess.
