Always the best U-Haul rental location ever!!
JAMES NMy son mentioned that he forgot his $0.25 sauce packet in the truck and asked for the keys to get it, so they told him now and charged a $25 fee to “clean” it. We had a four hour reservation and returned the truck an hour early and they wouldn’t let him get that one forgotten tiny thing AND used it as justification to charge a cleaning fee without even looking at the vehicle.
ANATHEA SThe actual location is difficult to get in and out, but employees were great and checked us in quickly.
Angela MThe office upon the return day was closed due to a holiday, they staff could have made us aware of the closure so we wouldn't be stranded with the equipment late Monday evening. We had to call, Tom who works for Uhaul was nice but he was limited on helping us, finally someone was only able to put a note on out account that we were returning the equipment and luckily someone left so the gate open so we were able to drop off the equipment but otherwise no one could tell us what to do with the equipment. We will not be returning to this location. Thank you.
