JEFFREY GThe truck that I received had a bad tire, when you got to about 35 miles an hour the truck shook as if you were in the middle of an earthquake, and when you were stopped at a red light, the steering system was making loud noises and you literally had to play with the steering wheel to make the noises go away. This truck should’ve been put in the shop and not rent it out to anyone then when I took the truck back, they overcharged me by around 300 miles so instead of $130-$150 bill they charged my credit card over $500. I called them as soon as I receive the bill in my email and they told me there was nothing they could do that I had to call u-Haul Customer Service. They transferred my call only for me to be told that they needed to speak with that location before they could process anything. Would I please hold for them to contact them? I said yes the lady came back on the line stating that she had attempted to call them four times and no one answered the phone. she did informed me that she was messaging the regional manager over that area to try to straighten this out, but could not give me a definitive answer as to how long this process would take. The fact that it took them about five minutes to overcharge me makes it frustrating that now I must wait for no telling how long for it to be straightened out.
