Truck was dirty. Had to clean it. It really needs to be power washed inside. I had to pay $40 cash, no receipt, under the table for them to help me load my 🚗 on the car carrier and secure it. They did that poorly. The rear chain was never attached.

Overall, the rental experience was good, but I rented a trailer for 24 hours at the rate of $34. 3 days later I find that they actually charged me over $100, and said I had the trailer for 3 days. Had to call customer service to get refund. We'll see if it happens.
JEFFREY HStaff is friendly and competent. Always helpful and aware of the needs of clients. Will continue to utilize them for my Uhaul needs.
