Kimberly SWas closed, which wouldn’t normally be a problem to just drop off with the app. Unfortunately there was no place to park the truck. I got lucky and somebody came to access the storage units and opened the gate, so I was able to park the truck in that area. This location shouldn’t be used for drop offs if it’s closed

DAVID GVery disappointed please return my money back to my card the van smell really bad like cat piss and it made all my items stink, I let the people that work there know and they didn't resolve the problem or offered a solution..the tank of gas was not filled all the way .. when I shared with lady that my day was not going well on top of all that because I had water leak at my house she told me in a condescending voice ... I recommend you go fix your water leak ..In other words leave my office we can't help you with the Uhaul truck problem you have other important things to go attend ....Horrible experience I'm very disappointed,
