Both U Haul app and website failed multiple times for automated drop off - it needs work

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAlthough the truck was in great condition, the location added SafeMove without my permission, then gave me a hard time about taking it off. Blamed it on me and "using the app". I would rent with Uhaul again as their customer service rep on the phone was VERY helpful and was able to refund me the Insurance price easily, but i would be sure NOT to rent from this location.
Amanda MI was given a U-Haul for a two-day interstate rental, and I was told the cost was included in the price. When I called to ask if they were open on Sundays, they said no. I explained that I needed to return the vehicle, but they told me to come back on Monday. Because of this situation, I was charged an extra $77. Don't trust them. And honestly, never use U-Haul
Serhiy ZThe location and vehicle were great. The problem is U-Haul’s reservation policy. We had reserved a truck locally and the day before we were told it would now have to be picked up at a different location over an hour away. We cancelled that one and reserved another smaller truck that was closer but when I went to pick it up there was no truck available to so I had to make another reservation that was again, almost an hour away and then I had to pay for all that additional mileage. Great service at this location but horrible reservation planning from U-Haul!
