I was given a U-Haul for a two-day interstate rental, and I was told the cost was included in the price. When I called to ask if they were open on Sundays, they said no. I explained that I needed to return the vehicle, but they told me to come back on Monday. Because of this situation, I was charged an extra $77. Don't trust them. And honestly, never use U-Haul

The location and vehicle were great. The problem is U-Haul’s reservation policy. We had reserved a truck locally and the day before we were told it would now have to be picked up at a different location over an hour away. We cancelled that one and reserved another smaller truck that was closer but when I went to pick it up there was no truck available to so I had to make another reservation that was again, almost an hour away and then I had to pay for all that additional mileage. Great service at this location but horrible reservation planning from U-Haul!

Chris DDrop off place way too far away from my end destination and to be charged extra for having to drive over 30 miles just to drop off the truck is nothing more than criminal! You should be ashamed!
