Victor EOne of the Worst U-Haul Experiences I’ve Had I booked a 3:00 PM pickup and specifically requested an in-person check-out. I showed up on time, but no one came — instead, the person called me 30 minutes late. The parking lot is full of huge potholes — honestly, I wouldn’t even drive my own car through it. When I finally got the truck, it was filthy inside and out, and the representative had a terrible attitude. It was clear they didn’t care about customer service at all. The only reason I went through with it was because I had no other option that day. If you value your time and your car, skip this location
