Told me to leave the keys in the truck and they would "check it in for me". A few days later I got charged an "ADDITIONAL $55.00 ON MY CREDIT CARD" for cleaning... I would have been able to challenge that in person had I been given the opportunity. Not sure what's happening at U-Haul, but it is not good.

Received help from the moment I drove in parking lot. Was not sure what I needed and a gentleman, Mr. Lopez steered me in the right direction on size and type of trailer needed.
