The uHaul location was a gas station. This is fine as I have used this kind of uhaul before. There was only one person there and they had no idea what to do. They kept walking away as they were trying to figure out my reservation. Then I was provided no help hooking the trailer on to my vehicle. Upon returning the trailer a few days later I asked for help unhooking because it's a two person job. I was told "I don't know how" several times and very dismissive. Very very poor experience and will not be using uhaul again

ERRY PI had to wait around 20 minutes for her to come out and look at the truck because she was serving guest because it is a gas station. She also could not get her camera to work on the mileage so she told me she would finish up later on because she had to go back in And work with the guest. She did not get to my truck until after 11 PM and you guys charge me an extra day.
CRAIG EThe guy who approached me upon arrival was very rude, could hardly understand his broken English, he kept basically accusing me of damage to the top drivers side box that I already reported to support when I was picking truck up. I forgot my phone charger in the truck, he attempted to not let me back into the truck to retrieve it. I have rented uhaul in the past. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company in all my 59 years. Will NEVER use you again and will certainly be giving you as much free advertisement online as I can!!!
