Make sure all locations have hand trucks that can be picked up. Also if i estimated 50 miles because I wasn't sure and only used it for 6 miles based on having a short move then shouldn't I get some reimbursement. I shouldn't have to pay for way more mileage that I didn't use.

COREY MIt was a very clean vehicle that ran well. It was also very easy to use the app to extend my rental.
Adam MThe uHaul location was a gas station. This is fine as I have used this kind of uhaul before. There was only one person there and they had no idea what to do. They kept walking away as they were trying to figure out my reservation. Then I was provided no help hooking the trailer on to my vehicle. Upon returning the trailer a few days later I asked for help unhooking because it's a two person job. I was told "I don't know how" several times and very dismissive. Very very poor experience and will not be using uhaul again
