Attendant charged me for insurance and didn't tell me. Explicitly told him I wanted to drop the truck in Brentwood TN and was told when I got there I had to drop 15 miles away at another location. Will never use them again.

Maintain your trucks better! Ours had a headlight out blinker on the right side was out. We found a piece of cardboard wrapped around the driveshaft, that could have caught the truck on fire and it pulled to the right really bad. I called the place that we picked it up and told the guy that worked there and all he said was We don't maintenance them!
CORBIN LDon’t use this vendor. Smelled like weed in the store. Vendor did not know how to check me in. Asked me for my credit card info even though I had a card on file. Pressed for it again. Felt very sketchy. Did not give me a rental agreement. Did not provide a furniture dolly. Vendor said he took it off my rental. However they never provided a receipt only charged my card. I am not able to confirm if they actually took it off. They also changed my drop off location to a location 35 minutes away from where i originally selected.

MONIQUE ECheck engine light was on, entire truck was dirty. Missing pieces of plastic covering in the cab. Poor steering, seemed out of alignment. Had I had another option in the area today, I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else. Also, did not have the dolly I ordered online in the vehicle when I left, but I made it to my first stop before realizing and the cashier jad never mentioned anything when I was there completing the process for my order.
