BRIAN E.I went through Taylor Rental in Vestal. I originally got a pick up truck for 2 pm Saturday but upgraded to a 10 foot moving truck. I was coming from 2 hours away through a snowstorm and called to see if I could pick up early and the guy said "sure". I said I would be there at 11am and the guy said " thanks for the warning" I get there and another older gentleman said the truck was not there and come back at 130. Long story short no truck so I had to upgrade but had to do all the legwork. These guys at Taylor are only concerned with their own rentals and Uhaul is just an annoyance to them.
