Rented a Van on Saturday at 10:18am returned it at 1:30pm. We left the key in the instructed orange drop box. We get a receipt on Monday 10am, that there's a damage on the door(dont know which door) and got charged $150. called the store and talked to the guy who helped us on Saturday, he said the manager lady did the walk through on Monday morning and found the dent what a load of crap. I told him we dropped it off on Saturday 1:30 and anything could of happened until Monday morning and if they have cameras around and I also asked him to email me the inspection report after the last customer used it. He said "that's not something we do" so i said if you can't email me. He said it's too much to digging to find that so I said well if you want to charge me then you should provide me the inspection. He said just call the complaint department i dont know what you're trying to get outta me. so I said okay can I have the phone number to the manger who did the inspection he said i cant give you her cellphone number, but i wasn''t asking for her cell. I was just asking for a number. Then he said to call back later when she's in, I asked what time she will be in, but he hanged up the phone. so I called back and asked what time she'll be in he said I dont know what time she'll be in and it's none of your business when she will be in or out. its our business and I'm done with your questions good bye and hanged up the phone again. What a great customer service skills with a side hassle of scamming people. I'm thinking business low on the paint and dent side so they do whatever they can to make the month end.
