The user app is very user unfriendly. As we tried to turn the truck in on the after hour turn in app, we were very frustrated standing there in the turn in area at 8:30 on a Sunday evening. So we decided to write down all pertinent information and do it at home. As we began to enter the information on our own computer at our home we were informed on the site that the check in could only be completed on location. Also the app that we took pictures of the truck on during check out expired and we were left to try, unsuccessfully, to get back into the app. The app could definitely be improved for customer use. Other than that, everything went very well.
