I cannot believe someone would move there home in the condition the bay of the vehicle was in. It appears that the prior renters w=either hauled dirt in the -haul truck or the bay doors had been open so long that the entire floor was covered. I took photos and video of the incident made a notification and got zero response. I also had to personally clean the floor myself which did not start my move very well.

Grant MEquipment was clean. However, when braking on a downhill, the engine RPM would sharply increase to 4 or 5 RPM. This consistently happened throughout the duration of the trip. Additionally, the truck was very loud, sounding like an exhaust issue - this also was constant throughout the duration of the trip.
