U-Haul is running a fraudulent operation, lying about costs and charging more to credit cards than receipts. I returned vehicle 1845662, and the agent REFUSED to check it in at the time 5PM. The agent then sent me a receipt. Your U-Haul Receipt can be viewed here: https://uhaul.com/s/C1160D60FE for $208.95. Upon reviewing my bank account, I found that UHUAL charged $319.94. Upon calling U-Haul on 3/13/2026, they sent a new manufactured fake and believed contrived and fraudulent invoice for a larger amount. I told them this was fraud, and they have no right to refuse to check procedures, send final invoices, or then charge higher amounts. Agent claims "she trusts the employee, and they have no reason to charge more than what was driven"..." employees are NOT required to check in vehicles, and she has no idea why "final invoice sent after 5Pm drop-off" and new believed manufactured fraudulent invoice that appeared today out of smoke and mirrors is correct because they have no reason to lie." I told her that fraud is prevalent, and I believe this to be full-out fraud. and they do have reason to lie, in order to make more green they worship than they are entitled under their "final invoice.

The truck we rented had trash from the previous renter. Items included, hairbrush full of hair, vap cartridge and what appears dried tobacco all over the dashboard. If you’re running a business, act like you give a shit. Don’t just stand there looking pissed off. I also could not understand a word he was saying.
RICHARD MThis was a terrible experience. Our location was changed at first. Second told another incorrect area. After arriving, there was one person working. We had to wait around an hour. Our order was messed up. We were told the dolly we needed they didn't have. We were charged for stuff we found out we didn't even have. Others were taken before us. The location was cluttered and one of the worst locations I have ever been to when dealing with U-Haul. I asked for a manager and am waiting a return call.
THERESA EThe service was terrible. I parked the uhaul truck to refuel it back to full but the worker told me not to worry about it and just to leave it there at the pump. Then I was charged twice the price of gas when I would've paid half that if I had just not listened to the worker.
