This is the worst experience I have ever had renting a truck anywhere. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told they couldn't give it to me because the manager was not on site and they couldn't reach him when they tried to contact him, but the manager was the only one who could release it to me. When they finally reached the manager more than 30 minutes later, he said the 15' truck I had reserved was not there, so I had to take a 24' truck. Worst of all, they overcharged me for mileage. When I took it out, the manager asked my estimated miles, and I said, "20 miles or less," so he did the initial calculation for 20 miles. I actually went only 14 miles, but they still charged me for 20. On my final receipt, the mileage in is correct (66,574), but the mileage out is wrong. He listed it as 66,553, but it was actually 66,560. I have time-stamped photos of both.
Richard SThe drop off place charged me an extra day by lying about when I dropped the vehicle off. I dropped it off on the 28th at 3:00pm and they didn't register it until 12:49 the next day. SCAM

Jeremy NThey overcharged the Milage and Lied. I have pictures and proof. Video recordings of the exact date and condition of the u-haul itself. Always take pictures of everything, I’ll be reporting this to U-Haul immediately.
