I would only recommend this location to drop off. I called to drop off as instructed and staff couldn’t have cared less. I showed up and the gas station clerk didn’t know anything about it. So, he called his boss. I was told to drop the trailer and I was good to go. ( I don’t see that guy helping anyone pick up…)

Did no interact with personnel
Christopher ENo on site uhaul rep or person trained to do the rental contract. Had no knowledge as to what was needed to be able to tow the trailer correctly. Took almost 15 minutes past the start of my rental to finally get a contract emailed to me. In general not going to rent from this location again period. Otherwise it was an ok time got what I needed and left pretty much

CHAD LPerson working gas station knew little about the process. None of the requested moving supplies were available. AC in truck only worked intermittently.
