I went and they said my truck that was “guaranteed” at 5pm was actually not available because of needing maintenance. I got 3+ phone calls from U-Haul before picking up my truck and none of them told me that I wouldn’t be able to get it. If there wasn’t an extra truck on the lot I wouldn’t have gotten one. That’s bad on U-Haul’s part, I think.

Gregory SWhen I showed up to get the trailer the gas station attendant couldn't do anything about the registration and informed me he had to contact the owner of the business to have him complete the registration. The owner was asleep and took upwards of 20 minutes to wake up before we could even begin the process. This ultimately put me behind by about 30 minutes. Then, upon returning the trailer, they refused to look at the trailer to inspect it or complete the process and told me they would get to it. The next day the trailer was still showing as in my ownership. Therefore, I had to go back to the location and demand that the reservation be completed and the trailer be taken out of my name. Terrible experience and will never go back to this location.
Charles BThey had no clue what equipment I wanted, and didn't have it when I told them even though I reserved it. I had to drive to another location and pick up the equipment for them. I arrived at 8:40 to pick up, and didn't get to leave until 10:30. Delayed my whole day.
