I had an issue where I left a personal item in the truck after dropping it back off. U-Haul was able to send someone over to help recover the lost/left item for me. Great customer support and clean new equipment to use. Thank you U-Haul!

Tashia CThe virtual pick up is not convenient. I had to use the mobile app as the assistant said their system was down. Using the mobile app is not convenient at all. If you are going to rent Uhauls, you should have a live person to check you in.
Barbara LCary was awesome and gave me great advice. The only problem was fuel. I didn't even get half a mile and the low fuel light came on with 25 miles to go. I only put 20 miles on the truck for the day. I did put $25 gas in the tank, so I left more than I started with. My gas credit was less than $10. The truck was otherwise in great shape and easy to drive. The location was great.
