AARON WThe two axle cargo trailers should have a tongue Jack. Someone is going to get hurt lifting it onto their trailer hitch. Empty, on level ground, that tongue must weigh at least 100 pounds. Any customer, of any physical ability should be able to hook up and uncouple alone. This is not a problem of the pickup location, it is U-Haul’s corporate responsibility.
